We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Supported Living team in Scotland. This role involves supporting adults to live independently within their own homes and communities while promoting choice, dignity and inclusion.
 
About the Role
 
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs. No two days are the same, and you will play a key role in helping people live fulfilling and independent lives.
 
Duties may include:
 
  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Encouraging independence and social inclusion
  • Supporting attendance at appointments and activities
  • Medication support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues

  • Support the Care Supervisor to maintain a good quality service through compliance and implementation of standards in line with the Care Inspectorate’s requirements.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in the health of our clients.
  • Prompting, assisting, and administering medication as required.
  • Preparing meals and ensuring clients are feeding well.
  • Providing support with social activities and hobbies.
